Enjoy performance upgrades in the 2024 GLB SUV including a 13 horsepower boost from the new 48-volt hybrid system with a belt-driven starter-generator that recuperates energy during braking to recharge the 48-volt and 12-volt batteries.

The new system adds acceleration and coasting power to the turbocharged 2.0-liter inline-four engine and 8-speed automatic transmission for a total of 221 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque. It also improves fuel economy and enhances the smoothness of the GLB’s start/stop system.

The 2024 GLB Class is available in one model and offers either front-wheel drive or 4MATIC^® all wheel drive. The sportier Mercedes-AMG GLB35 benefits from the same hybrid system upgrades.
