Sold me a 400k G wagon squared with a bad car fax history, when we bought it had a clear fax history and clean title that we signed, a few months later the bad history shows up and now won’t do anything about it, so we have our attorney involved, car has lost 150k in value, so now we have a negative equity paper weight, if it didn’t have this history we would be able to sell it for the same price we paid for it!! This was an excellent purchase experience of a pre-owned BMW. Tom Scribner (sales) went far beyond the norm to correct deficiencies found with the vehicle, at the dealership's expense. Clearly, management and the service department were involved in the decisions made and the work done. I have never witnessed another dealership take such huge steps to satisfy a customer. Incompetent and unresponsive is how I'd describe MB of Gainesville. On 10/31/24 I brought my car in to have the oil changed and about an hour later, when I was driving, the check engine light suddenly came on, the stop/start function no longer worked (not even the green light was on) and other engine functioned stopped working. I asked about the availability of a preowned vehicle and while his system showed it was available he wanted to make sure by checking the lot.
