Our sales person, Bin, was outstanding. My wife contacted the dealership by phone, we live in Tallahassee 5 hours away, Over a couple of months Bin worked to find us a Smart car to meet the specifications we wanted. On our second trip to Gainesville they showed us an electric which we fell in love with. We had not intended to purchase that day. We wanted to hold out for a convertible but we could not pass up the deal they offered us. We came back 3 days later to pick it us. Everything was ready when we got there. Wonderful people.

Amazing!!!  We were driving up from Miami to Kentucky and about an hour south of Gainesville our ML350 air stopped blowing air. In a panic I checked for the closet service center and called. Once I was connected to a service advisor he scheduled for me to come in so they could take a look. Once we arrived they took care of us almost immediately. We asked for a lunch suggestion since we knew it may take awhile. We had a delicious lunch and headed back. We waited a short time when our advisor came out to say the vent doors needed adjusting and a system update. Everything was fixed and our car was ready!!  We continued our trip with nice cold air. Thank you.
